Whats it all about?

Cttathletes first ever Athletes Training Camp ‘Extinction’ will be held on the 13th January 2019. At the hottest place in town, Motion Training in Surbiton London right next to the train station.

This event promises to be a momentous occasion and a tonne of fun, friendship and of course fitness! As an alternative to a CF competition, this training camp allows everyone to throwdown in every workout at their own level, whilst still maintaining a friendly competitive spirit that we all love.

Coaches include: GB Weightlifting Coach Giles Greenwood and S&C Coach Alex Rees (cttathletes) delivering mini workshops to enhance some of your training elements such as: Snatch Master class, Nutrition, Recovery and Programming.

Attendees will also receive a T-Shirt, supplements from Food Springs and a nutritious lunch. With only 30 spaces avaible, these tickets won’t last long.

A day to remember…

Weightlifting Master Class

Giles Greenwood is a former weightlifting competitor for England and current weightlifting coach. At the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester he won gold in the 105+ kg snatch. Now the head of the GB Weightlifting Team, Giles has a massive amount of experience and knowledge to share in this 90 minute Snatch Master Class and is sure to be a must for anyone trying to improve their weightlifting.

Athletes Nutrition

Nutrition is a key part to unlocking any athletes complete potential and surprisingly this aspect is often the first to be overlooked. We take a sprint through some of the basics to get everyone up to scratch and then lead into optimised eating habits, a balance macro cycle and a number of athlete diet examples. Certainly a rapid fire approach that will give you enough gold to build on.
