Science

General adaptation syndrome, is how the body reacts and response to the effects of a stimuli. A stimuli could be a number of stressors designs to implement a change or adaptation within the body. This is what causes growth and improvement, there is however a fine balance between improvement and overtraining.

Our programmes are created by an effective and proven block method approach. Designed to allow athletes to peak several times a year. Each block is subsequently step loaded, working athletes to maximal capacity against workloads that are higher than normal, whilst incorporating the necessary rest for maximum benefit.
